My wife and I purchased the Byrne residence from Bill and Carol Byrne shortly after visiting the home in early 2010 with real estate professionals Scott and Debbie Jarson.

Within weeks, we were introduced to the architect, Will Bruder, and his charming wife, Louise Roman, when the home was featured as part of the Phoenix AIA Home Tour in April of 2010…

…and so our next architectural adventure began.

Our intent is to preserve the original character of this very, very special house. We’ll post photographs, musings and general updates on this blog from time to time, so please check back often!
