My wife and I entered into an agreement to purchase the Byrne residence from Bill and Carol Byrne shortly after visiting the home in early 2010 with real estate professionals Scott and Debbie Jarson.

Within weeks we were introduced to the architect, Will Bruder, and his charming wife, Louise Roman, when the home was featured as part of the Phoenix AIA Home Tour in April 2010…

…and so the adventure began.

Our intent is to preserve the original character of this very, very special house. We’ll post photographs, musings and general updates here on this blog from time to time, so please check back often!
